Okada Manila has officially unveiled OKADA PLAY, its new online gaming platform developed in partnership with PhilWeb Corporation, one of the country’s most established gaming technology providers. The launch, held on Wednesday, marks a major step in Okada Manila’s digital transformation strategy and formalises its collaboration with Tiger Resort, Leisure and Entertainment, Inc., operator of the luxury integrated resort.
Technology backbone
OKADA PLAY platform is powered by PhilWeb’s Online Gaming Platform (OGP). The platform will deliver a full suite of gaming content, scalable technology, and robust customer service infrastructure. Built within a regulated framework, the platform ensures compliance while supporting the Philippines’ fast-evolving digital gaming ecosystem.
Since early 2025, the country’s online gaming industry has increased exponentially. Market size forecast, for one, rose from $5.2 billion in 2025 to over $10.4 billion by 2035. Key drivers will come from mobile gaming, e-Sports, and strategic partnerships, according to the global consulting firm IMARC Group.
OKADA PLAY also combines Okada Manila’s rewards programme, enabling customers to earn and redeem their points both online and on-site. Moreover, by tracking user patterns, the platform could anticipate and curate experiences to keep players engaged longer.

OKADA PLAY provides 24/7 multilingual assistance, AI-driven chatbots, and proactive service tools to ensure smooth onboarding experiences with personalised support for both local and international players. The latest rollout also enables new roles across tech development, customer service, and marketing. Additionally, revenues generated within PAGCOR’s framework support government programmes and infrastructure.
