Welcome, RTPGOD! Great to have you. For those who might just be discovering your channel, could you give us a quick introduction to who you are and what your stream is all about?

RTPGOD: My name is RTPGOD. I do three different things — I review new online slot games that come out on a weekly basis, I live stream for new slot providers and new gameplay, and I also stream games like Call of Duty, CS:GO, and many more.

Your handle, RTPGOD, really sets an expectation for your audience. How did you come up with that name, and what does RTPGOD mean to you in the context of your streaming?

RTPGOD: The reason for me having the name RTPGOD was simply because I wanted to show people how to actually play slots and how the RTP works within them — the mechanics from behind the screen.

Everyone has a story of how they got into online slots. What was your first experience with online gambling, and what was it about slots that truly hooked you?

RTPGOD: It was me and a very close friend of mine, whom I won’t disclose. We used to play slots quite often in the house we lived in together. We’d stream on the TV and just have a laugh with all the boys. What really hooked me, though, was getting my first max win, which was on Mental from Nolimit City. Getting that $40,000 win was just incredible. The adrenaline rush it gives you is something else.

Before you became RTPGOD, were you always a high-RTP chaser, or did your strategy evolve over time? Can you share a defining moment or a particular slot that changed your perspective on how you approach games?

RTPGOD: After that $40,000 max win, I realized I was playing with quite a low bet size, and I had the funds to go higher — so I did. Obviously, you need to gamble responsibly. So, I set a budget and kept chasing the next high. My next goal was to hit something around $80,000, which I actually achieved shortly after.

What’s one common misconception about slot streaming or online gambling that you wish more people understood?

RTPGOD: I would say, especially for streamers out there, there are a lot who don’t use real funds, and a lot who even use view bots. I think it’s impacting the market quite heavily in a negative way, and a lot of people are realizing this. So, I think something needs to be done about it.

Let’s talk strategy. When you’re looking at a new slot, beyond the published RTP, what are the first few things you analyze to determine if it’s a game you want to play or stream?

RTPGOD: So, what I normally do before playing any sort of slot is check it out on demo. That’s what I recommend for all of my viewers as well. Always check out the game and see if you actually enjoy it before going into it.

A few key things that I look for are the mechanics of the game, as well as the music, the sounds, and things like that. There are certain noises that might irritate some players, so for that reason, I think those are the key points that people should look into.

I’d also say the max win is a huge thing. That’s why one of the games I’m trying to max win is a title from Nolimit City called Slaughter — Tombstone Slaughter, to be precise. It has a max win of 500,000x. So, I’m trying to do $100 spins of that, I’m trying to max win it. And then, after that, I’m going to retire.

Volatility is a huge factor in slots. Do you prefer high, medium, or low volatility games, and why? What advice would you give to players trying to understand which volatility suits their playstyle and bankroll?

RTPGOD: If you can only deposit, let’s say $50 to $100, you shouldn’t play games with too high volatility. Realistically, you’ll wipe out your funds before maybe even getting into a bonus. So, for somebody with a low balance account — I would say a game with low volatility and a high RTP might be better for you, just on the basic spin-wise.

I’m a huge fan of Nolimit City slots. I’ve max won quite a few of their games, actually. And because they have such a high max win capability, the volatility is obviously going to be a lot higher. So, for me, chasing that and getting that one particular script that you know is going to be a max win just feels completely different.

Many players are always looking for that next big win. What’s the biggest multiplier or payout you’ve ever hit on stream, and what was that experience like?

RTPGOD: San Quentin II — two max wins in one month, $80,000 each. That’s why my next target is going to be double that. I would say that blew my mind, especially during the live stream. I was actually playing multiple slots at the same time on different screens, and it happened on the one I wasn’t streaming. I had to quickly switch over to show everyone.

Beyond the wins, what’s been your most memorable or funniest moment while live-streaming slots?

RTPGOD: I’ll tell you, one of the funniest moments was playing blackjack — I hit triple jacks on there, and hearing my friends’ emotions coming out from Discord was hilarious. I didn’t even realize I hit it until I heard their reactions. I think that was quite a good moment for me.

The slot landscape is constantly evolving. What trends are you seeing in new slot releases that excite you, and what, if anything, worries you about the future of online slots?

RTPGOD: To be honest, there are only a few new game providers out there that are really trying to change what’s currently shown for slots. Providers such as Wicked Games are coming out with outlandish stuff that’s actually exciting for the players, which is something nice.

I think people have had enough of the typical same game. Let’s say you’re playing, you know… Sugar Rush or Big Bass. There are a thousand different variants, but they all do the same thing. They only have a few with different mechanics. I think game providers need to show something different. Don’t just copy and paste the same game with a different skin! No one cares anymore.

Responsible gambling is crucial. How do you integrate responsible gambling practices into your content, and what message do you have for your viewers about staying in control?

RTPGOD: I think everyone has an addiction to something, right? For me, it’s this. But the way I stay responsible with it is — I set a budget each week, and I don’t spend more than that. Let’s say my budget for the week is $10,000. I’ll cap it out so I can’t withdraw more than that into my account. That’s one of the ways to stop it.

For people who need help, I’ve put things in place on my Discord and other channels to support them. During the livestream, I always tell people that you should never put in more than you can afford to lose. We’re not here to try to earn huge amounts of money. We’re here to have fun by playing slots.

Your community is a big part of your success. How do you engage with your viewers, and what role do they play in your streaming journey?

RTPGOD: My viewers like to take the piss out of me a lot — which I’m more than happy for them to do. I have a dark sense of humor, and I like to go back and forth with the audience. A lot of them say I look like DJ Khaled or French Montana, for some reason. I don’t see it personally, but they do.

We have a lot of banter between each other, and a lot of inside jokes for people who have been there for a long time. And then, from the giveaways and other stuff that I also do, I think it keeps everyone entertained.

Dream collaboration or guest? That’s a tricky one. I think Adin Ross would be amazing to have, as well as Trainwreckstv, or Tyler, as he’s known. Probably Moe as well. But I would say having Adin Ross and Andrew Tate on the stream would be hilarious.

What’s next for RTPGOD? Any new goals for your stream, new types of content, or perhaps even a legendary win you’re chasing?

RTPGOD: As I said before in the interview, I am chasing for that next double-up max win. So, I’m trying to find something that I can hit for around $160,000. Until I get that win, I would say I’m still going to be hunting for it.
