From building schools and healthcare facilities to empowering women and supporting families, the SiGMA Foundation has already impacted 7,752 lives and counting. The projects stretch across countries such as Ethiopia, Colombia, Guatemala, the Philippines and beyond, all driven by the belief that meaningful change starts with community driven action.

For SiGMA founder Eman Pulis, this mission is deeply personal,“In my 30s, my dream was to become a millionaire; to achieve financial freedom. Ten years later, the dream remains, but the metric has changed. Today, I measure wealth by the number of lives impacted. If I can help lift a million people out of poverty, then I’ve become a true millionaire. That’s my personal commitment to the SiGMA Foundation. One million lives. One true legacy.”

Through targeted investments and community driven initiatives, the SiGMA Foundation is transforming lives across continents and creating meaningful, lasting change for thousands of individuals. Here’s a breakdown of some of the key initiatives that have shaped the Foundation’s journey so far.

Healthcare initiatives:

Access to quality healthcare remains one of the Foundation’s most critical areas of work. Through initiatives such as life changing surgeries, expanded hospital facilities and medical outreach, the SiGMA Foundation is empowering communities globally.

Educational projects:

Education is another pillar of the Foundation’s mission, offering children and adults access to knowledge, skills and opportunities that pave the way for sustainable futures. By constructing schools, enhancing learning environments and creating inclusive spaces, the Foundation aids in equipping individuals with the tools they need to succeed. Additionally, women’s empowerment lies at the heart of many of these initiatives, as the SiGMA Foundation firmly believes that when women thrive, communities thrive. Through targeted projects that provide education, resources and support, women are becoming advocates and drivers of change within their communities.

Community development:

Building through community development ensures that the impact of each project is both sustainable and far reaching. By fostering independence, economic opportunity and social inclusion, the Foundation helps support resilient communities where individuals are empowered to shape their own futures.

Cumulative effect to date:

With over 7,752 lives impacted and more projects in the pipeline for 2025 and 2026, including schools, women’s centers and community development hubs in Uganda, Ethiopia and the Philippines, the SiGMA Foundations global impact continues to grow.

Creating real change beyond the numbers

The true impact of the SiGMA Foundation extends far beyond statistics or project figures. Behind every number are stories of opportunity and empowerment that ripple through families and entire communities.

Since its inception in 2019, the SiGMA Foundation’s holistic approach has ensured that interventions are not one-off events but part of a continuous cycle of support, education and capacity building. These projects leverage local knowledge, ensuring cultural sensitivity and lasting outcomes.

Upcoming projects

The commitment to global betterment continues with projects slated for 2025 and 2026, including:

  • Construction of Four Classrooms, Ethiopia
  • Community Center for Women, Ethiopia
  • Kindergarten School, Uganda
