Revenant XSpark secured a Top-4 finish at the Last Chance Qualifier (LCQ) held in São Paulo, Brazil, from 10–12 October 2025, earning a spot in the Brawl Stars World Championship 2025. This marks India’s second appearance at the global event, highlighting its growing presence in competitive esports.
A new chapter in Indian esports
From regional events to global contests, India’s esports industry has grown steadily. This development is demonstrated by Revenant XSpark’s qualification, which also shows how competitive India is becoming in the world of esports. Indian teams are becoming increasingly well-known and visible as a result of games like Brawl Stars providing international platforms. Making it to the Brawl Stars World Championship 2025 is a big milestone for Revenant XSpark and Indian esport, according to founder Rohit N. Jagasia.
Jagasia stated, “Our victory at the LCQ in São Paulo is not just a victory for Revenant XSpark, but for Indian esports as a whole. It was encouraging to see how our players demonstrated world-class skill, discipline, and resilience. Representing India at the Brawl Stars World Championship 2025 would be a great honour for us.”
Road to qualification
The 2025 Last Chance Qualifier (LCQ) featured 16 teams from regions including China, Southeast Asia, South Asia, and Europe. Revenant XSpark secured a Top-4 finish, qualifying for the Brawl Stars World Championship 2025. Now, they will compete among the top 16 teams at the Brawl Stars World Championship 2025. The team will build on its current momentum and deliver a strong performance at the event.
During the 2025 LCQ, Revenant XSpark competed against top teams, including Europe’s number one seed and two-time world champions Crazy Raccoon. Despite being considered underdogs, the team secured a Top-4 finish through consistent performance and tactical execution under pressure.
Ashmit “Sergeant Clash” Raj Singh, 20, serves as Revenant XSpark’s in-game leader, known for his strategic decision-making and composure. Jayden “x9Jay” Wong from Singapore contributes tactical depth with a strong grasp of game mechanics. Jerome “Response” Kuek, a former world champion, adds experience and an aggressive playstyle, complementing the team’s overall strategy.
Sergeant Clash, the team’s in-game captain, acknowledged that the team had little rehearsal time, but he gave them credit for their coordination and hard work.
Singh expressed, “Going into LCQ, we had a very rough bracket, number 1 seed from Europe, and Crazy Raccoons who are the former 2x world champions and consistent Top-4 finishes since the start. We were consistently marked as the ‘dark horses’ even after our great performance as a team in the 2023 LCQ. Our performance in the 2025 Brawl Cup never let us show our true potential, as we are the best when we’re together as a team, so going into LCQ, we wanted to prove ourselves the most.”

Revenant XSpark’s 2025 competitive journey
In 2025, Revenant XSpark progressed steadily through competitive milestones: winning the LPL Monthly Finals in March, finishing second in the Southeast Asia region in June, dominating the Subregional Grand Finals in July, and securing a Top-4 finish at the LCQ in October to qualify for the Brawl Stars World Championship.
