Vita Media Group, a Danish iGaming company with a top 20 list of EGR Global Power Affiliates, is excited to announce its acquisition of Greenplay.
It is a casino brand that was previously owned and managed by Codere Online Management Services Ltd, an international gaming provider from Spain.
With this acquisition, Vita Media Group strengthens its market presence in both Europe and Latin America. The acquisition in December is another step in the continuation of the company’s overall growth.
For Jimmi Meilstrup, Chief Executive Officer of Vita Media Group, “The acquisition of the Greenplay casino brand is a huge expansion of our own iGaming ecosystem. This strategic investment allows us to be more creative and offer more quality in the market in 2022.”
Greenplay Casino is the seventh casino brand to join the Vita Media Group family, which is part of the OMG Affiliates company’s affiliate division.
In 2021, the acquisition of Greenplay Casino was the third investment that Vita Media Group has added to its OMG Affiliates division. Trada Affiliates is an award-winning UK and most recently Affilisearch, a European gambling affiliate network from Denmark.
Vita Media Group’s efforts in 2021 have been recognized by numerous award-winning organizations, and the company has been selected in various categories a record 9 times. The company was selected as the best casino partner at the iGB Affiliate Awards 2022, and the company’s OMG affiliate division was selected for both the best and rising star affiliate programs.
