The third day of Malta Week will feature a well-structured masterclass on the North American game-themed workshop stage
In preparation for SiGMA’s Malta Week, the team gathered accurate information on questions that have not yet been discussed or answered about the North American game.
Students will pursue learning through experts in their field. What you’re researching online isn’t always well-crafted and directed at the question in question.
To do this properly, an overview of the topic has been prepared by the appropriate experts. This is what to expect at the SiGMA Europe 3-hour Masterclass at MFCC on November 18.

Part 1 of this informative masterclass provides an overview of the market. This overview provides an overview of the regulatory landscape in North America. Online gaming regulations in the U.S. and Canada are a regional issue. The North American gaming industry was valued at USD 42.83 billion in 2020 and is projected to grow to USD 83.73 billion by 2026, with a CAGR of 11.8% during the period (2021~2026).
The regulatory aspects to be addressed in this part are market access and taxation. Licenses are also tabulated for discussion about who needs to obtain a license and for what. This information will be presented by Susan Hensel, co-founder and partner of Hensel Grad P.C.
Tribal gambling as we know it now began in 1970 when Indian tribes began operating bingo halls to raise funds for tribal government activities.
After this section, Tuell Law’s partner, Loretta Tuell, provides an overview of the tribe to help viewers better understand the difference between tribal casinos and commercial casinos.
IGRA, which regulates gaming practices in Indian Land, will also be the focus of discussion during this session.
Thanks to the legalization of single-event sports betting in Canada this year, Canadians will be able to bet online for the first time at nationally permitted sportsbooks and casinos.
Ontario is the first to start accepting license applications this fall, and the world’s major brands, including the 888, are expected to start accepting applications domestically in the near future. In this masterclass, Paul Burns, President and CEO of the Canadian Gaming Association, delves into the potential of Canada’s newly regulated market.
The second part will be led by Itsik Akiva, Online Gaming and Marketing Consultant at American iGaming Solutions, and will feature talks by Tsachi Maimon, CEO of Aspire Global, and Jason “Wolf” Rosenberg, CEO of American iGaming Solutions.
Topics include content on various aspects such as platforms, sports betting content, slots, certifications, licensing, integrations, distribution, and other services.
The next discussion was moderated by Jason “Wolf” Rosenberg, CEO of American iGaming Solutions, and featured Richard Schuetz, CEO of Schuetz Consulting, and Loretta Tuell, Partner at Tuell Law. Hear about the latest in California’s tribal gaming market, including the future of sports betting.
In this panel discussion, we’ll share updates on what’s happening in tribal gaming states across the U.S., including Michigan and Florida.
The roundtable will be followed by a final discussion on this masterclass initiative based on affiliate marketing in the United States.
Moderator Itsik Akiva (Gaming & New Technology Consultant at American iGaming Solutions) will be joined by speakers Ben Truman (Co-Founder of MediaTroopers), Thomas Vermulen (Manager of Affiliates & International at Smarkets), Join Erica Anderson, Director of Marketing at Income Acces, as we delve into the growing popularity of affiliate marketing in the United States.
