The Asociación de Permisionarios y Proveedores de la Industria del Entretenimiento y Juegos de Apuesta (AIEJA) and SiGMA Group are excited to announce a significant partnership leading up to SiGMA North America 2026 in September 2026, in Mexico City. This partnership represents the fast-growing importance of Mexico in the regulated gaming and iGaming industries and its role as the gateway to the rest of Latin America for the global marketplace.

By partnering with AIEJA, SiGMA aims to support the development of Mexico’s gaming ecosystem while strengthening the country’s reputation as a leading destination for operators, suppliers, and investors. The event is also expected to deliver wider economic benefits, from boosting tourism and hospitality to creating jobs and supporting local communities.

Emily Micallef, CEO of SiGMA Group, said:

“SiGMA is delighted to be working with AIEJA as we bring our global platform to Mexico for the first time. The country is well-positioned to become a hub for responsible innovation and regulatory progress in gaming. Through this partnership, SiGMA North America will connect international operators with local stakeholders, create investment opportunities, and leave a meaningful impact on the local economy.”

Dr Miguel Ángel Ochoa, President of AIEJA, added:

“This partnership with SiGMA demonstrates the international interest in our market. By adding this event to the 2026 Agenda, we showcase our country’s maturity, regulatory progress, and capacity to compete at the highest international level. SiGMA North America will strengthen Mexico’s presence on the global stage, foster collaboration across stakeholders, and contribute to economic and social development, while highlighting our industry’s commitment to responsibility and transparency.”

SiGMA North America 2026 will host thousands of delegates, including regulators, operators, affiliates, investors, and providers of technology solutions. There will be a full agenda that allows attendees to enjoy exhibitions, network, and attend sessions with quality experts in gaming, technology, compliance, and responsible play. Beyond the industry, the summit will encourage foreign investment, promote tourism, and enhance Mexico’s international standing.

SiGMA North America in Mexico City 2026 is expected to attract more than 4,000 delegates, offering bilingual content in both Spanish and English. Strategically set six months apart from its counterpart in South America – BiS SiGMA South America – the summits allow delegates ample time to explore opportunities across both markets. Thanks to its prime location and growing iGaming market, Mexico is poised to develop into a fast-growing hub for technology, entertainment, and innovation. The summit, which takes place from 01 – 03 September, will feature high-quality conferences, an international expo, networking opportunities, and cultural festivities intended to enhance the Mexican economy and global presence.
