Paradise Company Limited disclosed casino-only revenue of KRW 94.3 billion ($65.3 million) for January, according to a filing released through South Korea’s electronic disclosure platform, the Data Analysis, Retrieval and Transfer System (DART), operated by the Korea Exchange (KRX).
The filing reports a year-on-year increase of 31.4 percent compared with January 2025. The figures relate solely to casino operations and exclude non-gaming activities such as hotels, conventions, retail and other resort amenities.
Paradise is one of South Korea’s largest operators of foreigner-only casinos and is listed on the Korea Exchange. As a listed company, it is required to submit periodic operational disclosures, including monthly casino sales, via DART. These filings are part of South Korea’s statutory market disclosure framework and are designed to provide investors with timely updates on material business performance.
Filing-based disclosure
The January disclosure was made under KRX reporting requirements, which oblige listed casino operators to publish monthly gaming revenue figures. These filings are separate from quarterly and annual financial statements and are not audited, but they are treated as formal market disclosures.

Under the DART system, the companies are required to submit standardized reports that highlight headline revenue information and specify the scope of what is included. In the case of Paradise Co, the filing of the January report confirms that the revenue reported is limited to casino gaming win only. Non-gaming revenue sources are not included in accordance with the established reporting practice of the company.
The disclosure is a single development, which is the announcement of the January casino operating results. While some market reports do discuss sequential comparisons, it is clear from the notifiable filing information that only the year-over-year change is confirmed.
Paradise Co’s casino operations
Paradise operates a portfolio of foreigner-only casinos across South Korea. Its licensed properties include Paradise Casino Walkerhill in Seoul, Paradise Casino Busan in the southern port city of Busan, and Jeju Paradise Casino on Jeju Island. The company also holds a 55 percent controlling stake in Paradise City, an integrated resort complex located in Incheon and developed as a joint venture with Japanese entertainment group Sega Sammy Holdings Incorporated.
The January filing aggregates casino revenue across all of Paradise Co’s gaming operations.
The South Korean government allows casino gaming only for foreigners who hold foreign passports, except for Kangwon Land, which is the only casino in South Korea that is open to locals. This has resulted in companies such as Paradise Co having gaming revenue that is closely linked to tourism.
The reporting of monthly casino sales is usually done within days of the close of the reporting period. The January results of Paradise Co were reported on 3 February, which is in line with the past reporting schedule and the expectations of the KRX.
The reported revenue amount and the scope of inclusion are indicated in the filing, which ends at the point of presentation of the disclosed data.
