Hann Reserve marked a milestone on Friday with the soft opening of its first golf course, part of a sprawling 450-hectare luxury development that aims to redefine integrated resorts and leisure destinations in the Philippines.

World-class golf design

The 18-hole course, designed by globally renowned Nicklaus Design, will anchor a golf and country club alongside the initial phase of a public park. The official grand opening is scheduled for March.

Agnes A. Liwanag, Vice President of Hann Philippines, as reported by local media outlet BusinessWorld, says that the company hopes to complete the entire project by 2030, though progress will depend on market conditions.

Expansion plans through 2030

The second phase of Hann Reserve is targeted for completion by 2030 and will include features like residential and retail developments, golf entertainment facilities, an international school, the second out of three stages of the public park, and a river course designed by golf legend Nick Faldo.

Hann Philippines also plans to build its second integrated resort within Hann Reserve, further cementing its vision of a premier mountain resort destination.

Positioned as a model for sustainable tourism, Hann Reserve integrates green, smart, and eco-friendly practices. The resort is envisioned as a benchmark for luxury mountain living while promoting environmental stewardship.
