The real metric of gaming growth

In the fast‑moving world of gaming and digital entertainment, speed and performance often dominate the conversation. Yet for Sergey Ghazaryan, CRO at GR8 Tech, technology is more than a race to keep pace.

It is the engine driving revenue growth, sharper margins, and market leadership. Speaking with SiGMA World at AIBC Eurasia 2026 in Dubai, Ghazaryan was direct: “It is all about technology first. That’s what drives real revenue growth and performance.”

Beyond speed: Features that win markets

Success, Ghazaryan stressed, is not just about speed. “It’s about focusing on features and functionality tailored to specific markets and ensuring they outperform competitors.”

GR8 Tech’s solutions, he noted, consistently deliver superior performance, enabling clients to expand faster and secure market share.

The global online gambling (iGaming) market is projected to reach $101.45 billion by 2026, growing at a robust 10–11 per cent CAGR through 2031, according to the Business Research Company. They point out that Europe remains the largest market, while North America is the fastest‑growing.

Moreover, smartphone adoption is making platforms more accessible through AI-driven personalisation, faster payments, and crypto casinos that are shaping the user experience. The Business Research Company further added that stricter compliance rules, including responsible gaming mandates, may hinder growth.

In mature regions, competition could dismantle margins.  Faster systems must also balance risk management with fraud prevention.

GR8 Tech’s edge

A leader in iGaming solutions, GR8 Tech offers high‑performance sportsbook and casino systems, AI‑driven tools for smarter operations, and Geo‑specific content tailored to regional markets. The company’s client‑centric approach has earned them multiple industry awards.

Metrics that matter

While many operators track metrics like LTV, CPA, or uptime, Ghazaryan insists the true driver is profit margin: “Net profit is the result of all those other metrics. The higher the margin, the more ability clients have to bid for traffic.”

Ghazarayan also highlight’s GR8 Tech’s model. It maximises margins by connecting clients with providers for better discounts and sustainable pricing. With stronger margins, he argues, this allows clients to grow while competitors stall.

Collaboration as extension

Collaboration must deliver measurable results, according to Ghazarayan. Operators are extensions of GR8 Tech by integrating closely through direct communication, trust‑building, and knowledge exchange. This proximity accelerates efficiency: “Our relationship goes beyond the account manager level,” he says.

GR8 Tech preserves clear escalation paths to safeguard its operations. This enables clients to bypass standard ticketing and reach decision‑makers directly when needed.

Ghazaryan points out that the VIP segment is the next growth driver, with speed defining the future. GR8 Tech is investing in a new front-end, he claims, which will be “at least four times faster than any competitor.”

From instant site loading to rapid payments and withdrawals, every improvement is designed for seamless experiences without compromising risk management or security. “We challenge our teams to find ways to do things faster while guaranteeing the safety of partners and their financial means.”
