DATA.BET reported significant growth in esports betting during the third quarter of 2025. The company attributes this to steady market demand, disciplined trading operations and increased player engagement on partner platforms. These factors led to increased revenue and commercial success.

Compared to the second quarter of 2025, profits grew by 13%, confirming the sustained interest of users and the potential of DATA. BET’s esports division.

60% growth in turnover compared to 2024

Compared to the third quarter of 2024, DATA. BET’s betting volume grew by 60%, profits increased by 79%, and margin efficiency improved by 12%. The number of bets rose by 33%, with the recently introduced multi-bets growing by 53%. The active player base expanded by 126%, and the average bet size increased by 22%. These figures reflect the growth in user confidence and engagement.

The content provider continues to strengthen its position in the esports segment. In the second quarter of 2025, the volume of bets grew by 22.5% compared to the same period last year. Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) became the leader in popularity, accounting for 57% of the global volume of bets on esports in the first half of the year. At the same time, Valorant showed rapid growth in the second quarter: the number of bets increased by 175% year-on-year.

CS2 remains the leader while LoL gains momentum

CS2 remains the leader among disciplines: betting turnover for these tournaments grew by 26.7%, and their profitability increased by 55%. At the same time, the number of bets on CS2 grew by only 2.5%. That means that esports fans are willing to bet more.

League of Legends (LoL) showed strong growth, rising to second place and overtaking Dota 2. Betting turnover in this discipline increased by 290%, profits grew by 416%, and the number of bets by 221%.

Rainbow Six strengthened its position in the top 5 thanks to expanded coverage in Latin America, which doubled the reach of matches. As a result of the expansion, Rainbow Six betting turnover grew by 126%, profits by 504%, and the number of bets by 12.4%.

Targeted product and trading improvements

According to Bogdan Golovnov (pictured), head of esports at DATA.BET, the growth in turnover is linked to targeted product and trading improvements. The company has stepped up its work with popular live markets, including Map – Total Kills, Map – Duration, Map – Winner, and Player – Total Deaths, especially in the later stages of matches. Interval kill markets have appeared in LoL and Dota 2, and the expansion of Player Props has covered all the top disciplines – CS2, Dota 2, LoL, and Valorant.

‘Esports has proven its strength and stability as a betting direction. We are seeing consistent growth in engagement and turnover, as well as a tangible contribution to operators’ revenues. And this is just the beginning,’ concluded Golovnov.

Entry into the traditional sports betting market

In summer 2025, the company strategically expanded its activities beyond esports into sports betting. Having previously been known as a provider of betting solutions for disciplines such as CS2 and Dota 2, it began actively offering products for traditional sports.

According to reports for the third quarter of 2025, operators working with DATA.BET saw its profits increase by 79% compared to the previous year. Betting turnover increased by 60% and the number of active players grew by 126%. Thus, entering the sports betting market allowed the company to reduce seasonal risks associated with a decline in activity in the summer and strengthen its position in the global market.

The reasons for this step were the growth of the global betting market, which is estimated at hundreds of billions of dollars, as well as the process of legalising bookmaking in various countries. For partners, this means new opportunities: expanded offers, promotions, and bonuses, especially during a period when player interest traditionally declines.
